Last year I had to sell my Florida house. I did not intend to sell the house as we used to spend the summer season in it. But the expert tips of the book helped me a lot. I learnt how could I increase the USP of the house and did the required revamp. I gave an ad in regional newspaper. That did the trick; I was able to sell house fast for a whopping amount. The treatment was successful and now my son lives a happy life.
