No one will deny that what a pain in the… pay channels are. All of us often complain about pay channels and their tricks to get new customers. Some of them do offer good customer service but most of them do not respond to our calls until you go for cancellation of your account. You will then get a number of calls that try to convince you to continue with their service and offer additional bonus channels. On the long run we are the losers as they gradually pull all the free channels into paid channel packages one by one and we never realize that we are paying for almost all the channels and there are very few free channels left.
