Guided Meditation has instructions to follow before performing it. First, begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your head bending slightly forward, cup your hands together with your eyes closed and check all parts in your body if you are completely comfortable. Make sure that your facial and scalp muscles are well relaxed.

Be conscious of your breathing. Plainly examine on how you breathe. Is it deep, rapid or slow? Is your breathing comes from your nose or in the mouth? Softly begin to breathe with your nose through out your mouth, at rest in your own rhythm. .

If you want any adjustments of your position, it is up to you. Just keep your head slanted forward. Have a deep relaxation. Open your eye lids and at the same time look downward in distant as you can, it may become uncomfortable but it stay alert the half open lids and down-turned in your eyes. Try to avoid close and open entirely the lids, just continue looking down more and more as your eyes muscles tends to relax.(This meditation should last only in 30 seconds).

At the moment you close your eyes tend to relax your eyeballs, and have a deep breathe and hold your breathe with a count of four exhale and inhale repeatedly. Just continue to have deep breathed (pause within 10 seconds)… (This should be last only for a minimum of thirty seconds).

Be alert to open your eyes, but don’t narrow your eyes, looking in distant as long as you can, just open eyelids quarter-way. It’s just going to close without your notice, but do your best as long as you can see your feet and look all the way down. (Five seconds gap) and continue look down and be sure that your lid is open in quarter way…. (This should be last for a minimum of thirty seconds.)

You can close now your eyes and let your eyes to relax. Center to observe you breathing if it is in normal breathe. Don’t oblige to breathe and slow it down, just relax and breathe as long as you can. Take a deeper relaxation to become more relaxed than before.
