I own a travel agency; I also provide cars and buses on rent. It is very important for me to keep track of the vehicles that I purchase to expand my business and the one that I give on rent. It is very difficult to note down the out time and in time of a car and to store the details of the person who is renting it. Once I had rented out a car, and it got robbed and also lost my detail file where I had filed the information of the person who rented that car. I don’t want to repeat the same mistake.
