Apart from the normal office work, we used to get some challenging tasks to prove our initiativeness, potential and dedication for our organization. After a lot of analysis on the price of various items, I came to the conclusion that electronic forms would be the ideal option to save both time and money. Initially my team used to handle a lot of paper work and for a single error in that paper one had to go with the redo option. From my research on various service providers I found the solution with a particular site whose offer seemed cost-effective for my organization. It produced forms of one sort or the other through electronic means putting emphasis on its speed, compactness and easy accessibility by any kind of user. When I outlined my task before a senior official he was quite impressed because the web developers and designers were doing this job in a traditional way which was too expensive and took hours of coding time. After getting the approval for my plan I met the service providers and fixed the deal with them for the paper work. My organization has saved a lot of expenses through my plan and has employed the web developers and designers in some other project. All the credit goes to the site which has me to become a team leader now.
